Learning To Live A Present Life

Life is an ever evolving story, we never know where we will end up or who it will sculpt us to be. I have always focused too much on the “what ifs” and “eventuallys” that I struggled to stay present and enjoy the now for what it is in front of me and who I am in the moment. As I get older I have learned that the tiniest moments of life that bring us joy are actually the ones that recenter us the most, and we should seek them out each and every day.

Something as small as a picture frame on a bookshelf, a bubble bath at the end of the day, or even a drive with the windows down is enough to reset your entire outlook on not just your day, but also your life. I want to share the little moments of living that make me feel most alive, so maybe it can spark something in you too.
