My Culinary Background


My love for cooking started before I could see over the top of the stove cooking with my mom. As I got older, I started experimenting with recipes and learning to grow my confidence in the kitchen. The moment I turned old enough to start working, I was hired on as a dishwasher in what was the best restaurant in town, and worked my way up through the ranks under a Michelin star Chef, who I give credit to for my professional culinary growth, to eventually become Garde Manger. Following my time working in that restaurant, I went to Culinary school here in Colorado Springs and started cooking as a private chef in the Broadmoor area.

I took a few years out of the kitchen to go be a Rocky Mountain cowgirl, which only grew my appreciation for food and where every ingredient comes from, and am excited to get back into the kitchen as a private chef once again.Though I no longer cook on a luxury level, my goal is to make food that makes people feel at home.

Pricing

Hourly

All grocery shopping, prep, and cooking falls under my hourly rate of $45 Per Hour. Billing is set on a bi-weekly cycle. Payment is accepted via cash, check, or Apple Pay.

Ingredients

Ingredients are an additional cost to my hourly rate. Cost can be added to your bi-weekly invoice; or if you prefer to send me with a physical card or via Apple Pay, it will be securely kept in a your file.
